Update on Ripples operations due to COVID-19


Thank you for all the support we have received from our Ripples Community during the recent social restrictions.

Following the Government’s announcement to the staged easing of restrictions, Penrith City Council (Ripples) are developing a COVID-19 Safe Plan in response to ensure we take every precaution recommended.

Until this time we will remain temporarily closed.

Ripples payments for affected customers will remain on hold during this time and we will notify customers once we are operational again.

We will provide updates on any changes to our operations via our communication channels.
