Update on Ripples operations due to COVID-19

Update 01/10/2020 

We are working hard to keep our members, visitors and staff safe during these times, including conducting temperature checks and contact tracing upon entry. Bookings for general entry are not required at this stage, however, to stay within maximum centre capacity some programs and services have been modified to ensure social distancing.

Splash-parks across Penrith remain closed at this stage including Ripples venues and public water play areas. Ripples St Marys outdoor pool is currently closed due to unforeseen emergency repairs required. It is expected to open for the summer season in mid-October.

Missing the outdoor pool? All full facility and pool memberships include the use of the Ripples Penrith, which reopened on Saturday 26 September.

St Marys spa and sauna remain closed as we await delivery of an essential machinery part, as part of our complete renovation of this area. We apologise for the extended closure of these facilities, as renovations have exceeded project timeframes due to the impacts of COVID-19. The spa and sauna will reopen once renovations have been completed, with modified operations to meet restrictions and guidelines.

Our kiosks are now open with a brand new menu, offering takeaway options including burgers, milkshakes, combo meals and fresh salads.

Online Booking Instructions For Existing Customers (Members or if you have already attended the sessions)

1. If you are already registered as a customer on our database, when entering your details you will be redirected to log in via our Customer Portal. Once redirected, enter your email address in ‘Username’ field. If this is the first time you’ve logged in to our Customer Portal click ‘Forgot Username/Password’ and follow prompts to retrieve your password.

2. Once you are logged in to your account you can make a booking from the Customer Portal. Select My Profile then My Booking from the top menu.

3. Click Group fitness and select the class you want to book, then click book now. An email confirmation will be sent.
