Stay COVID Safe at Ripples this summer.

Following recent announcements from NSW Health, all members, visitors and staff are required to complete contact tracing using the ServiceNSW app before being permitted entry.

If you do not have access to the ServiceNSW app, our reception team can provide assistance completing contact tracing.

Bookings for general entry are not required at this stage, but capacity in each area is limited to maintain social distancing. At this point in time, face masks are not required to enter, but you may see some of our staff wearing them.

Modifications to programs and services have been implemented to maintain social distancing and comply with restrictions, including limits on usage of the spa and sauna, splash park and lap lanes. We ask all members and visitors to read and follow all signage around the building.

We are actively practicing social distancing and we ask that you do too. Please plan ahead with cashless payments, limits on capacities and contact tracing, so it might take a little longer to enter the building.
