Our exciting new Group Fitness Timetable for the Summer Season commences on 01 December 2020.

Free for members, or for a small cost for non-members, we offer classes from gentle exercise through to high intensity. Classes include BODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT®, BODYBALANCE®, BODYSTEP®, SH’BAM®, HIIT, Boxing and Yoga!

We also offer a variety of freestyle classes, offering our members the ultimate timetable!

The timetable was created based on feedback previously supplied in our Members survey, completed prior to Covid-19.
