Joshua has been a working at Ripples since December 2010. Is currently studying to become an Exercise Physiologist.  He is a firm believer that exercise should be used as the leading form of preventive medicine and is always trying improve his knowledge on the human body, training techniques and ways to improve health and well-being through diet and exercise. His fitness backgrounds include long distance running, Rugby League and strength training. He has experience with various types of populations ranging from athletic populations such as swimming, rugby league and long distance running to special populations such people suffering with obesity and coronary heart disease.

I’m Sherin and i’m a mother of 3.  I’ve been involved in Fitness for over 15 years and exercised and continued resistance training throughout all my pregnancies. I have experience in pre and post pregnancy training first hand. I’m passionate about what i do, as I’ve been through the weightloss journey myself .  I want to help people transform and change their lifestyles, its not an easy journey to face on your own. Nutrition plays a big part of lifestyle, and those who know me, know how passionate i am about this. I’m currently studying Nutrition, to add to my repertoire of qualifications. I hold group fitness close to my heart, as this is where my journey started. A fun filled atmosphere with an instructor to assist, say no more. However, as a trainer i am focused on strength and conditioning.
