Research has found that older adults with an active lifestyle feel healthier. It doesn’t take much. Thirty minutes of moderate activity most days of the week. Or if you’re a little rusty you can take your exercise in three lots of ten minutes.

Exercise, you only have to take it regularly, not seriously!

It’s never too late to start. The rewards are fantastic. Besides feeling better you’ll reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, colon cancer & diabetes. Other benefits include stronger bones, less risk of injury through falls, more supple joints, improved breathing & weight control.
