What is Hydrotherapy
A form of treatment conducted in a heated pool to help regain or enhance physical well being. Hydrotherapy exercises are a series of gentle movements – not swimming or aqua aerobics – performed in a pool maintained at 32 degrees to 34 degrees Celsius. Properly used, Hydrotherapy can expedite the rehabilitation and cure of muscle and joint injuries as well as assisting in post operative pain relief.
