It’s a new year and for many of us that means making a fresh start with our health and fitness.

We all know diet and exercise are the key to good health, but with so much conflicting information swirling around the media and on bookshop shelves, it can be hard to know what’s right for you – especially if you’ve suffered an injury or are managing a chronic health condition.

The good news is that you can kick start your year (and your health) at Ripples with expert advice and an individually tailored diet and exercise program from our Health Services team.

“Everyone is familiar with Ripples pools and gym, but many are surprised to know we also have a team of allied health professionals, including accredited Exercise Physiologists and Practicing Dietitians,” Health Services Coordinator Mirna Shukri said.

And whether you’re just looking to reset your health and diet in the new year or battling a health problem, we’ve got your back.

Why Ripples?

The team also collaborates with referrers, including GPs as well as support coordinators, insurers and case managers to provide the best care possible.
