Seniors Week 2022

Join Ripples this Senior’s week for our 5-day event where there'll be plenty of fun, laughter, and health building. 

We invite our members of the community over 50 years old to join us for a range of classes!

Monday 28 March, 12pm: Chair Yoga (St Clair Leisure Centre)
Join our qualified Yoga teacher to safely stretch your body and practice some mindfulness-based stress busting. A class for all levels.

Tuesday 29 March, 6pm: Hydrotherapy Class (Ripples Hydrotherapy Centre)
Join our Accredited Exercise Physiologists in taking part in a fun class in our heated hydrotherapy pool. The class will be aimed at improving muscle strength, heart health, balance and bone strength, all to the tune of your favourite songs. A class for all levels. 

Wednesday 30 March, 12pm: Cooking Class (St Clair Leisure Centre)
Join our Ripples Dietitian in a fun and engaging cooking class. You’ll come away with the tools and skills to take control of your diet and learn how to make a tasty and nutritious meal.

Thursday 31 March, 8am and 6pm: Hydrotherapy Class (Ripples Hydrotherapy Centre)

Friday 1 April, 12pm: Children & Senior's play date (St Clair Leisure Centre)
Take a trip down Memory Lane! Share some time with younger community members and engage in some competitive fun. Children under 10 are welcome to come along.
