Adult Squad

The Adult Squad is for adult swimmers that want to continue their love for swimming and maintain their fitness.

The program will offer training for a variety of levels and focuses on fitness and conditioning. Swimmers should be able to swim freestyle competently, with a recommendation of a 50m Freestyle lap of under 1 minute.

This program includes:

  • Endurance workout - based on time and pacing
  • Speed workout - include 50m swims for longer distance.
  • Technique workout - helps improve swim mechanics and includes kicking and stroke drills
