Membership Suspension Request

Membership freezes (suspensions) are available for up to 30 days per year (with the year restarting on your membership join date).

To suspend your membership;

1. Log into your member portal
2. Locate the membership you would like to freeze - this appears underneath your profile picture
3. Hover over the membership and three dots will appear in the top right corner
4. Click on the three dots and click 'Freeze'
5. Enter your membership freeze details and click submit
